Brenner has served as our president since our inception. He also serves as the Chief Growth Officer for TruGolf, Inc. and has since June 2022. Prior to that Brenner was the Chief Innovation Officer for The Food Truck League, LLC from October 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that he was Chief Innovation Officer for Med USA from April 2019 to October 2021.

Nate is our Vice President of Marketing and has been since our inception. He also serves as Chief Experience Officer for TruGolf, Inc. and has since October 2021. Prior to that Nate was self-employed as a brand and marketing consultant in the medical, forestry, and construction industry from January 2019 to October 2021. Nate also has deep experience in the software and gaming industries, having previously served as Creative Director and Director of Business Development for Take Two Interactive / Indie Built Studio, a software development company which developed games for Xbox and the PlayStation 2, and also as Creative Director for Microsoft Corp. in its Xbox Games development division. Prior to these roles, Mr. Larsen served as an artist, animator and art director for Access Software, as well as an artist and animator on five PC games published by Sierra On Line.

Ben is a leading global expert on franchising, working with IKEA, RE/MAX and numerous other franchise companies.  He heads up our franchise at TruGolf Links leading our regional developer program and overseeing our franchise expansion.  Ben loves golf and plays regularly at Fredericksburg Country Club in Fredericksburg, Virginia where he lives with his wife, Raeann.  They met in college and have been married for over 30 years.  They have three grown children and four grandsons.  Ben’s favorite golf moment was birdying the 18th hole at St. Andrews Old Course.  Ben also teaches the Franchise Management Certificate program at Georgetown University, and he has a doctorate in franchising from the University of Maryland.

Dr. Nico Darras had never played a full round of golf before age 22. A year later he became a scratch golfer and in two years Dr. Darras began competing on mini tours in Arizona. Dr. Darras co-founded Golf Blueprint that combines predictive analytics, learning theory and psychology to create game improvement opportunities for golfers of all levels. Golf Blueprint members are in every US state and 16 countries around the world. Dr. Darras has used Golf Blueprint’s methods to coach world number ones, major champions and municipal skins game winners!

Prior to serving TruGolf Links as Director of Franchise Operations, Rick Arnold was a Senior Consultant with FranchiseWell, LLC., since October 2022. Prior to that, he was the General Manager and Operating Partner for Zerorez DFW, Inc, in Dallas, Texas, from January 2017 to October 2022, and Chief Operations Officer for Zerorez Franchising Systems Inc. from May 2014 to December 2018. Rick lives in McKinney, TX., with his wife Diane of 31 years, where they enjoy spending time with their kids and grandkids.

Rocco is an expert in franchise training and support for over 20 years with several national brands such as H&R Block, Express Tax, Comfort Keepers, and Sodexo. When not serving as a franchise consultant with Franchise Well he teaches business courses at Delaware Technical Community College and Wilmington University. Rocco resides in Middletown, Delaware with his wife of 28 years.  They have two daughters and four rescue dogs. In their free time, we frequent local coffee shops, bookstores, and the beautiful beaches in Delaware.

Andrew is a Certified Franchise Executive with extensive experience in finding and guiding qualified applicants through the intricate process of owning their own franchise. He has worked with emerging brands and Fortune 100 companies to grow their market share and formed lasting relationships with clients. In a previous life he pursued professional golf and earned a golf scholarship in college as well as his Canadian Tour PGA card. He is married to his wife, JenniMae and has 2 children, Calvin and Scarlett that enjoy late afternoons at the driving range.

Rebecca is an award-winning entrepreneur and a network growth expert with a passion for community engagement. With her decades of experience in the beauty and wellness industries she has developed integral relationship building skills, innovative clientele growth strategies, proven sales techniques and a repeatable, impressive system for creating and building brands. Her goal is to help those around her achieve their optimal potential and has had the pleasure of working with elite franchise organizations such as fit20 USA, BNI and Zerorez. Rebecca and her husband, Patrick, own Malawi’s Pizza, a fast-casual restaurant, in Fredericksburg, Virginia and are parents to 8 year old Benjamin and a German Shepherd-Akita mix, Lucky Rose.
